  • Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR for the purpose of conducting and participating in training sessions (including the preparation of attendance lists, training completion certificates) organized by the administrator, based on art. 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR.
  • Enabling course registration: name, surname, email address, phone number, in the scope of the Participant: name, surname, year of birth, based on art. 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR.
  • Conducting correspondence in the form of electronic messages: email address, name, and surname, based on art. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR.
Retention period of personal data:

Your personal data will be stored for the period:

  • Your personal data will be stored for the duration in which the administrator will conduct statutory activities, for the period necessary for the conduct and settlement of the training, or until you withdraw your consent for processing for this purpose.
Rights of individuals whose data is processed:

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:

  • access your personal data and correct them,
  • request restriction of their processing or deletion object to their processing due to a particular situation when we process them based on the legitimate interest of the administrator,
  • transfer your data, to the extent that it is technically possible,
  • with the proviso that the right does not apply to data that constitute a trade secret or are legally protected file a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
